Any User found engaging in such conduct will have their content immediately removed, their account permanently terminated without notice, and may be reported to law enforcement or relevant child protection authorities as required by applicable law.

3. Age Restriction and Verification

TrueVine is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We employ the following measures to enforce age restrictions:
- Mandatory age declaration during registration
- Automated and manual review of user-submitted age information
- Suspension of accounts where age misrepresentation is suspected
- Proactive monitoring for indicators of underage users
