2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
TrueVine maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any behavior or interaction that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
- Grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of children
- Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts minors in a sexually suggestive manner
- Attempts to facilitate or promote any of the above activities
Any User found engaging in such conduct will have their content immediately removed, their account
permanently terminated without notice, and may be reported to law enforcement or relevant child protection
authorities as required by applicable law.
3. Age Restriction and Verification
TrueVine is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We employ the following
measures to enforce age restrictions:
- Mandatory age declaration during registration
- Automated and manual review of user-submitted age information
- Suspension of accounts where age misrepresentation is suspected
- Proactive monitoring for indicators of underage users
We continuously evaluate and improve our age verification processes to prevent minors from accessing
or being exposed to our platform.
4. Content Moderation and Detection
TrueVine employs a multi-layered content moderation system designed to detect and remove CSAE-related
content promptly:
